Now of course this is old news but I came across this awhile ago:
Institute of Christ the King pulls out of Agen
Today, Sunday, August 22,[2010] Canon Jayr, provincial of the ICRSP in France, visited the faithful of the extraordinary form in Agen to announce the Institute’s withdrawal from the diocese following the deplorable welcome and climate of suspicion which followed the implementation of the Motu Proprio.
Indeed the Bishop of Agen, Msgr. Herbreteau, has strictly forbidden Canon Téqui, who serves the parish of Agen to celebrate the extraordinary form of the one Roman Rite, from continuing to teach catechism classes which he had been doing successfully with some thirty children. He also places an outrageous restriction on the ministry of the sacraments. On the website of the diocese the ICRSP doesn’t even exist.
The Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest has therefore made the decision to withdraw in order to do some good where it is more welcome.
This news will sully the report that the bishops are required to make for the 3rd anniversary of the implementation (or non-implementation) of the motu proprio. It shows that France needs bishops prepared to apply Summorum Pontificum without restrictive measures (such as one monthly Sunday Mass in Le Brionnais – Diocese of Autun!)

A few upcoming St. Stanislaus (ICKSP) events to note and attend
Im getting off the internet for Lent, but I wanted to let you know about a few things:
I think it worthwhile to note a few upcoming events people are invited to regardless if they are parishioners at the Institutes Milwaukee apostolate.
The first is an upcoming Mass at Holy Hill

The second event is actually to be held at St. John Cantius in Chicago. New Liturgical Movement noted this event a while back here
The final event is a regular Sursum Corda meeting to be held March 28th after the 6:30 low mass. Canon Jayr of the Institute will deliver a lenten reflection for all attending. Refreshments will be provided and people are invited afterwards to join in on some volleyball actions.

The ICKSP is shunned in favor of a "Inter-Religious and Intercultural Center" and articles on relations with SSPX
The Eponymous Flower: "Inter-Religious and Intercultural Center" Instead...:
You can read the whole story above. But the synopsis is that the ICKSP has been looking to move their growing semanary to a new location since thier current buildings are incapable of holding the growing semenarian population. The institute then came across a possibility to buy an old pontifical semenary but have been met with disdain and distrust by what seems to be the whole European beauracy that perceieves anything that has pre-council aspects as being a danger to them.
Therefore the institute was disallowed an opporutinity to purchase the land and semanary and instead more mindless babel about interreligous dialogue gets promoted at the expense of the formation of priests that will save souls....
Why the hate?
I also wanted to make a few more articles i came across lately on the relations between the SSPX and Rome more available and you can find them below. They are all fantastic!
